- ➤ The Village of Highland will host Access Ability Wisconsin’s Family Adventure Day at Blackhawk Lake Recreation Area on Saturday from noon-4 p.m.—the first such event in Iowa County that offers free outdoor activities for all abilities. WMTV
- ➤ Schuster’s Farm in Deerfield unveiled its 2025 corn maze design Tuesday morning to honor the UW Women’s Hockey national championship win by featuring bold text and Bucky Badger shooting a puck. - ➤ A traffic stop on Tuesday morning led to a chase on U.S. Highway 12 where a Honda crashed into a tree before its driver switched to a red Chrysler that hit a Monona police car—both drivers were arrested for fleeing and resisting arrest and are now held in county jail. WKOW
- ➤ On Thursday at 5:30 p.m., Madison Police arrested a 26 year old man at the 5400 block of Congress Avenue after he allegedly sped away, crashed his car into a tree, and discarded a handgun during a drug investigation that uncovered crack cocaine — he faced charges for cocaine possession with intent to deliver, firearms violations, resisting, and probation violations while being held at Dane County Jail.
