- ➤ The Wisconsin State Patrol identified Portage woman Noelia Martinez Avila, 30, who was arrested for allegedly driving drunk and causing a head-on crash on I-90 near DeForest over the weekend that killed an 18-year-old Minnesota teen and injured a 19-year-old man—she appeared in Dane County Court where her cash bond was set at $250,000.
