- ➤ Paul Van Duyne Jr. and Andrea Whitaker are accused of plotting to poison two women after a February text exchange, and prosecutors say the pair researched and acquired dangerous chemicals—thallium sulfate, abrin, cyanide, hydrogen sulfide, and ricin—for their alleged scheme in Dane and Rock Counties.
