- ➤ The city of Madison broke ground on the Imagination Center at Reindahl Park, where a new library and community space will offer free Wi-Fi and public computers for all ages. - ➤ Jeffrey Rupnow, the father of the teen shooter who brought two handguns to Abundant Life Christian School last December, was arrested early Thursday and charged with two felony counts of intentionally giving a dangerous weapon to a minor and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor—he is set to appear in court today while being held in Dane County Jail. - ➤ Madison police arrested Jeffrey Rupnow, the father of the 15-year-old who shot at Abundant Life Christian School on December 16—killing two and injuring six—on Thursday at 3:45 a.m., and online records show he was charged with selling a dangerous weapon to a minor and contributing to child delinquency. - ➤ A Cottage Grove crash killed Dr. Kami Hansen, her family dog and injured her son, and police confirmed that suspected driver Jeffrey Endres—found dead in Dane County Jail Tuesday at 5:57 a.m.—is under investigation as authorities continue forensic testing to determine his exact cause of death.
