- ➤ Attorney General Josh Kaul has joined a coalition of 23 states and the District of Columbia in a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services—led by Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.— filed in U.S. District Court in Rhode Island; the suit seeks to reverse abrupt cuts of about $11 billion in public health grants that include a loss of over $235 million for Wisconsin programs.
