  • A 17-year-old boy was arrested early Saturday morning on N. Midvale Blvd. after a fight with a family member led to a fatal stabbing that left a 39-year-old man dead—he now faces domestic second-degree reckless homicide charges while police recovered the knife at the scene and continue their investigation.  WKOW

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • The DMV warned consumers about text scams where fraudsters pretend to be WisDOT sending false toll reminders — residents are told not to click on links or share personal details and to sign up for eNotify. The agency advised those affected to report the scam to local law enforcement or internet-based crime authorities.  WMTV
  • The Wisconsin Court of Appeals denied Attorney General Josh Kaul’s petition against Elon Musk and America PAC to block a planned million-dollar prize giveaway at a Green Bay town hall today—citing lack of jurisdiction—and left Musk to proceed with his election-related plans.  WKOW
